Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: July 2026
ssdicalc.com is operated by The Click Lab Agency LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, how it is used, and your choices regarding that use.
Information we collect directly
Simply browsing the calculator and guides does not require you to provide personal information. The calculator inputs you enter — AIME, age, work credit status — are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. That data is never transmitted to our servers or stored outside your device.
If you choose to submit the “Social Security Disability” case-review form on the homepage, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the case details you provide, and a timestamp of your consent. This is separate from using the calculator and is entirely optional — see “The case-review form and attorney sharing” below for what happens to this information.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message, used only to respond to your inquiry.
The case-review form and attorney sharing
If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more disability attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates ssdicalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.
By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.
Third-party services
Google AdSense
We display advertising through Google AdSense (pub-6434377544325972). AdSense uses cookies and tracking technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3K1WXGCEEB) for aggregate traffic data. Analytics data is not linked to individual visitors and is used solely to improve site content. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
Cookies
We do not set first-party tracking cookies beyond what's needed to process a case-review form submission. Google AdSense and Google Analytics set third-party cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the calculator or read guides.
Opting out
The simplest opt-out is not to submit the case-review form — every other part of the site (the calculator and guides) is fully usable without providing any personal information. If you already submitted the form and want your information removed or want to withdraw consent to be contacted, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [OPT-OUT], or visit theclicklab.agency/optout.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding personal information. Browsing the calculator and guides alone never involves collecting personal information, so there is nothing to sell or share from that activity. However, if you submit the case-review form, sharing your information with disability attorneys for compensation, as described above, may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this at any time using the channels in the “Opting out” section above. For requests related to any personal information we hold (including email correspondence), contact hey@theclicklab.agency. For opt-out of advertising data, use Google’s Ad Settings.
EU/UK residents (GDPR)
The legal basis for processing the information you submit through the case-review form is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the channels in the “Opting out” section above.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and security
Calculator inputs are never transmitted to our servers. Case-review form submissions and email correspondence are transmitted securely and retained only as long as needed to fulfill the referral or respond to your message, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you request deletion sooner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
